Thank you to all who applied to be a part of the Rocky Mountain Horse Association’s Demonstration for the World Equestrian Games. We had some of our best horses apply to be part of this once in a lifetime opportunity. We had 23 horses that initially applied to be included in our quadrille. We have selected eight horses as primary and three horses as alternates.
For the demonstration of horses of a different color, we had 21 horses that initially applied to be included in this portion of the demonstration, we have selected five horses.
The results of the selection which was held on Sunday, March 7, 2010 can be found under Events & Programs then 2010 World Equestrian Games. Horses were judged on color, temperament, rider skill and gait. Five points was the maximum score in each category, a perfect score was 20 points from each of three judges for a total of 60.
