Trail Pleasure Program Rules
Rules and Qualifications

Must be RMHA Member and maintain membership each year to accumulate mileage.

First-time enrollment fee of $20.00

Annual renewal fee of $20.00 due January 1 of each year.

Keep track of riding or driving hours and the horse ridden or driven on RMHA Log sheets. (If actual mileage is not known, calculate 4 miles to an hour; miles logged must be miles actually ridden; do not count time spent visiting, sitting, having lunch, etc.).

Activities that do not count would be ride-time at a recognized show.
RULES CHANGE
Mileage completed at competitive trail or endurance-riding competition does count, as well as practice and conditioning miles for these events. Miles completed in the Rocky Mountain Rated Trail Program are also eligible to be counted.
TRAIL MILEAGE LOGS

Member may ride any RMHA registered and certified horse. You do not have to ride the same horse or be the owner of the horse.
Mileage Log Sheets will be mailed to you & are also available on our website in the Forms Section. -
Log sheets and payment for new enrollment or renewal should be sent to RMHA Headquarters with the form below
TOBE AWARD
The Tobe Award is given to the individual horse that achieves the 5000 mile mark. Submit separate mileage log sheets on each horse to qualify horse for Tobe Award.
