Important Notices

  • Applications for Registration are required to be submitted on the current Application of Registration form. OLD forms will NOT be accepted.
  • There will be a convenience fee for any paperwork submitted without payment
  • There is a 4% fee for credit card payments
  • Duplicate Paper Requests must be submitted with new hair samples for repeat DNA with a current DNA Application from below. Duplicate Paper Requests are not required to be approved by the RMHA Board of Directors, if the application is submitted by the Owner of Record.

2) Get the free Acrobat Reader to fill out the form, save, and email as an attachment to the office

Registry Services

Please note, it can take up to 4-6 weeks to process Registrations and Certifications.  We ask that you reserve from contacting us for updates during this period as we will likely not have anything to provide until the process is complete.
***For Registrations: the paperwork and DNA information is received, documented, payment processed, then sent out to the UK lab and their process time may vary. When the DNA paperwork comes back, there are several steps and information is manually entered into the pedigree database, Registration papers produced, reviewed for accuracy and then sent.
***For Certifications by video: staff have to arrange for Examiners to review the videos for Certifications which sometimes means working around schedules of 3 individuals (some who may have full time jobs) to either come to the office or review on their computer.
***It is not recommended to send mail that requires a signature (i.e. certified mail). Mail with tracking information (i.e. priority mail) IS recommended.
