01 Dec 2018 RMHA-KHBIF Participants

The Rocky Mountain Horse Kentucky Breeders Affiliate (RMHKBA) has been notified by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission that the amount of funds allocated to the RMHA KHBIF Program for points earned in 2018 is $65,357.

RMHA Members who had enrolled their Rocky Mountain Horse(s) in the 2018 RMHA KHBIF program (as a competitor or as a Sire or Dam of a competitor) and fulfilled all qualifications for awards will receive vouchers for the points they earned in 2018. All vouchers must be completed and returned to the State of Kentucky to receive the portion of the RMHA KHBIF allotment earned by each enrolled horse. The list of horses enrolled in 2018 and their earned allotments are included at this link.

The RMHA is grateful to the members of our KHBIF affiliate, the RMHKBA, for all their work to maintain and make this program available to our members with Kentucky Born and Bred Rocky Mountain Horses.
