REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL-RMHA Registration Database System Assessment
The Rocky Mountain Horse Association (RMHA) invites qualified firms and consultants to submit proposals to conduct a comprehensive technical and operational assessment of RMHA’s registration database system and associated business processes.
The selected contractor will perform an independent assessment of RMHA’s current registration system environment and provide evidence-based findings, risk analysis, and strategic recommendations regarding stabilization, modernization, migration, replacement, or redevelopment options.
The objective of this engagement is to provide RMHA leadership and Board of Directors with a clear understanding of the current system state and a decision-ready roadmap for future investments.
