Other qualified members may be added to the ballot for any position by a petition of the membership as outlined in Section 4 Subsection 4 of the Rules. Signatures (with all required information) on a petition for any office may be collected until February 24, 2021. Valid petitions must bear signatures of 50 current members of the association, who were also voting members on December 31st, 2020. Signatures in ink or faxed/emailed (to the candidate) will be accepted, when qualifications of each signer is verified by the office. Petitions must be presented (by email, mail or in person) to the RMHA Office by March 1st with all required signatures included.

Nominations for the position of Member at Large may be made by the membership as outlined in Article 2, paragraph 2.11.B of the Bylaws. A letter addressed to the Secretary must be received in the RMHA Office (by email, mail or in person) by March 1st. The letter must list the member to be nominated and bear the signatures of two supporting members, who are current members and were voting members on December 31st, 2020.

To be placed on the ballot, all candidates must meet all requirements as stated in our Bylaws and Rules, as confirmed by the Board.
