The 2026 Rocky Mountain International Grand Championship Horse Show will be held at the Ky Horse Park September 2-5, 2026.
Although the International is usually held the weekend after Labor Day, the 2026 dates are the weekend prior due to when Labor Day falls. When we asked the KY Horse Park about changing dates or locations, there was nothing available. They further stated as follows: “The weekend you have for 2026 is the corresponding weekend to the one you have had previously, as our calendar does not roll with Labor Day. Our calendar has to roll with Memorial Day, as that is when the large USEF calendar rolls and that is set for 2027. This just means that unfortunately we have no wiggle room to move you a year earlier, as none of the shows around you will move.”
They have confirmed it will be just one year that we won’t align with Labor Day and they are holding the dates for 2027 when the calendar will right itself. |
